Have you tried to use gstreamer's rtpulpfecenc / rtpulpfecdec instead of your
custom written FEC Application,
I am facing issue when i use rtpH264pay on the sender side because,
receiver side decodebin uses avdec_h264 and gives missing reference packet
error .
If you know a solution for this please respond.
