Changing halignment/valignment runtime GstClockOverlay

Hi,

I am using clockoverlay for my application. I would need to change the
halignment and valignment when the pipeline is in playing state. I could see
the properties are in GstBaseTextOverlay. Is there any way to do it?

Any help would be much appreciated.
